Do you make requests for specific on-site interpreters?

We have recently streamlined the process in the TIS Online booking request form to ensure that when agency clients are requesting specific interpreters for their on-site bookings, the assessment process is more efficient.
In line with TIS National’s Allocation Policy, to request a specific interpreter you are required to provide evidence of continuity of care and provide an indemnity form. TIS National will assess each request for a specific interpreter and determine whether the provision of a specific interpreter adheres to the policy.
If your request is assessed as compliant with our policy, the job will be offered to the interpreter who will have 24 hours to accept or decline the booking.
If the requested interpreter is not available and the check box for another interpreter was not selected in the booking request TIS National will cancel the booking.
