From Tuesday 27 October, TIS National clients wishing to submit feedback about our services will be directed to the Department of Home Affairs’ Compliments, complaints and suggestions form. This form will allow clients to submit feedback regarding TIS National’s services directly through the Department’s Global Feedback Unit.
